Randy Coplen

Randy Coplen is a Washington native, and he brings a wealth of business ownership and management experience to The Quincy Group, both inside and outside the print industry.
He attended Western Washington University and founded Printing Control in 1973 with his wife Barb. Under their ownership, they grew it into a large regional printing facility with 100 employees and 15+ million dollars in sales. In 1999 they sold the business to Kelmscott, Inc. and Randy founded and was president of Mervin Manufacturing, a snowboard maker. At Mervin, he set up two manufacturing plants and a distribution system in 18 countries and the U.S., and sold that business in 1995 to Quik Silver Clothing, Inc.
Randy was a founding director and Vice Chairman of the National Bank of Tukwila, is a member of Vistage, an association that provides CEO training and mentoring, and has consulted with companies dealing with manufacturing in the far east. Randy was also a founding member and first president of the Tukwila Chamber of Commerce, which has since become the Southwest King County Chamber of Commerce.
Randy specializes in turn-arounds, organizational consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties as it pertains to business transitioning.
